Net income from equity investments (€51 million) comprised: (i) the share of the net results for the period of equity-accounted investments in the natural gas distribution segment (€45 million) primarily related to the associates Azienda Energia e Servizi Torino S.p.A. (€24 million) and Toscana Energia S.p.A. (€15 million); and (ii) the capital gain (€4 million) from the transfer of 34.67% of the Italgas holding in Acqua Campania S.p.A.
