The table below shows the structure of Snam’s share capital, which, as at the Report approval date, amounted to € 3,571,187,994.00, divided into 3,381,638,294 ordinary registered shares, with no nominal value.

Snam shares are listed on the FTSE MIB index of Borsa Italiana, the main international indices (STOXX, S&P, MSCI, FTSE), and the main sustainability indices (the Dow Jones Sustainability World Index, the FTSE4Good Index series, the Stoxx Global ESG Leaders index, the ECPI Ethical Index series, and the Vigeo and CDP indices).

Ordinary shares with no nominal value




The shares are indivisible, and each share entitles the holder to one vote. Shareholders may exercise ownership and dividend rights, subject to the limits set forth by the regulations in force and by the Bylaws.

As at the Report approval date, the Company holds 1,366,650 treasury shares, equal to 0.04% of the share capital. The floating capital is 61.42%.

During the 2013 financial year, Eni’s shareholding fell from 20.23% to 8.54%. The Company’s market capitalisation increased from € 11,893 million at 31 December 2012 to € 13,803 million at the Report approval date.
