NOTES

The date of first appointment of each statutory auditor refers to the date on which the statutory auditor was appointed for the first time (overall) to the issuer’s Board of Statutory Auditors.

This column indicates the list from which each statutory auditor was taken (“M”: majority list; “m”: minority list).

This column indicates the statutory auditors’ participation in meetings of the Board of Statutory Auditors/Board of Directors (indicate the number of meetings attended out of the total number of meetings that could have been attended; i.e. 6/8; 8/8).

This column indicates the number of director or statutory auditor positions held by the person in question pursuant to Article 148-bis TUF and the relevant implementation provisions contained in the Consob Issuer Regulations. The full list of offices is published by Consob on its website pursuant to Article 144-quinquiesdecies of Consob’s Issuer Regulations.
