39 Publication of the financial statements

The financial statements were authorised for publication by the Board of Directors of Snam at its meeting of 27 February 2013, in accordance with the law. The Board of Directors authorised the Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer to make any changes which might be necessary or appropriate for finalising the format of the document in the period between 27 February 2013 and the date of approval by the Shareholders’ Meeting.
