39 Publication of the financial statements

The financial statements were authorised for publication by Snam’s Board of Directors at its meeting of 12 March 2012, in accordance with the law. The Board of Directors authorised the Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer to make any changes which might be necessary or appropriate for finalising the format of the document during the period between 12 March 2012 and the date of approval by the Shareholders’ Meeting.
