The analysis of capital gains from measurement by the equity method (€45 million) can be found in Note 14 “Equity investments”.
Capital gains on disposal (€4 million) concern the disposal of 34.67% of the share capital of Acqua Campania S.p.A. held by Italgas for a total valuable consideration of €8 million38.
