The table below sets out, pursuant to Article 84-quater, paragraph 4 of the Consob Issuer Regulations, the shareholdings in Snam S.p.A. held, directly or through subsidiaries, trust companies or intermediaries, by directors, statutory auditors and managers with strategic responsibilities as well as their spouses (not legally separated) and minor children.
