2.3 Delegated bodies
At its meeting on 26 March 2013, the Board of Directors confirmed Carlo Malacarne in the role of Chief Executive Officer6 , assigning him the relevant duties and granting him all powers that are not reserved for the Board of Directors or the Chairman.
The Chief Executive Officer represents the Company.
There is no interlocking directorate in place, as defined in Criterion 2.C.5 of the Code of Corporate Governance7, in relation to the Chief Executive Officer.
