The information required pursuant to Article 123-bis, paragraph 1, i) of the TUF (“agreements between the company and the directors...that provide for indemnity in the event of their resignation or dismissal without just cause, or if their working relationship is terminated due to a takeover bid”) is available in a specific report which will be submitted from the Board of Directors to the Shareholders’ Meeting to be held on 15 April 2014.
