2.6 Remuneration system for directors and
managers with strategic responsibilities

The Board of Directors examines the Remuneration Report required pursuant to Article 123-ter of the TUF, which is to be submitted to the Shareholders’ Meeting pursuant to the aforementioned legislation. The Remuneration Report includes the compensation policy for the Chairman, the Chief Executive Officer and other managers with strategic responsibilities.
