The shares are indivisible, and each share entitles the holder to one vote. Shareholders may exercise ownership and dividend rights, subject to the limits set forth by the regulations in force and by the Bylaws.

As at the Report approval date, the Company holds 1,366,650 treasury shares, equal to 0.04% of the share capital. The floating capital is 61.42%.

During the 2013 financial year, Eni’s shareholding fell from 20.23% to 8.54%. The Company’s market capitalisation increased from € 11,893 million at 31 December 2012 to € 13,803 million at the Report approval date.
