Remuneration for the position and powers and other indemnities

On the basis of the decisions of the Board of Directors at its meeting of 26 October 2012 and based on the duties and functions assigned with regard to international relations, the remuneration of the Chairman of the Board of Directors provides for a fixed gross annual salary of € 400,000, which includes the fixed annual compensation for directors as determined by the Shareholders’ Meeting plus the reimbursement of expenses incurred in connection with the position.

In view of the nature of this position, there are no: i) short- or long-term variable incentive components; ii) agreements on severance indemnities; or iii) benefits.
