Compensation for participation in Board Committees

With regard to participation in Board Committees, in 2016 Non-executive directors received additional payments approved by the Board of Directors in the meetings of 30 July 2013 and 31 May 2016.

The amounts relating to these payments are specified in the respective item in Table 1 in Compensation paid in 2016.
