Severance pay or termination of employment

In 2016, severance payments were made to the previous CEO, Carlo Malacarne, as set out in the collective agreement as well as the amounts due based on the severance pay agreements signed, as illustrated in the item “severance pay or termination of employment” in Table 1 in Compensation paid in 2016.
