Report on corporate governance and ownership structure

Introduction

Since it was listed in 2001, Snam has complied with Borsa Italiana’s Code of Corporate Governance for Listed Companies, in the various versions that have been published.

The overall framework of Snam’s corporate governance system is fully described in the “2014 Report on corporate governance and ownership structure” (hereinafter the “2014 governance report”) prepared pursuant to Article 123-bis of Legislative Decree No. 58/1998 (hereinafter the “Consolidated Finance Act” or “TUF”) and approved by the Board of Directors on 11 March 2015.
