Operating review

During 2014, the Panigaglia (SP) LNG terminal regasified 0.01 billion cubic metres of natural gas (0.05 billion cubic metres in 2013).

The decrease in volumes regasified was due to the persistent gas consumption crisis in Europe and to the overall trend in global LNG demand, which has seen particularly strong demand in the markets of the Far East, to the detriment of the European market.

Technical investments

Investments in 2014 totalled €7 million (€5 million in 2013) and concerned maintenance investments aimed at guaranteeing plant system safety.
